General provisions
1. The event is organized like club event UAMK
2. Crews undertake follow rules event
3. Every crew is resposible for technical condiction of the car and proper insurance!
4. All crews undertake follow traffic regulations with the exception of SS.
TRACK
30% roads I,II class, 69% other roads, 1% bad quality roads, gravel.
Itinery will be hand by admimistrative check .
1. Service zone and parking is in vocationl school Radotín . The complex is locked by night and quarded. You can parking there service and transport vehicles
I. Stage direction - Centrum, Jince, Strašice, Plzeň
II. Stage direction - Chotíkov, Horšovský Týn, Domažlice, Kdyně, Chotíkov, Plzeň
III. Stage direction - Strašice, Tlustice, Radotín
2. Lenght track - I. Stage 170,9km
- II. Stage 263,8km
- III. Stage 102,5km
- Total 537,2km
3. On the track is some Show section SS -this part is on close track. The crews have to use helmets and fasten seat belts! Start is 3min. after TC A! 1Sec = 1PP – penalty point. Finish is type STOP. This section are not mandatory!In such a case you get time like last crew.
SS 02,03,05,07 – 100% gravel, sand. SS 04,06,09- 100% asphalt SS 01,08- 90%clay,cinder 10%asphalt.
4. PK Pass control – a. PK in itinery / mostly some text copy/. E.g. The name hero on monument.
b. PK secret, mostly connected with RK , KP
Missing control PK = 100 penalty points
Mistake in text = 10 penalty points
5. RK Speed control – radar control. CZ rule- village 50km/h, road 90 km/h
- speeding to 5 km/h - tolerance
- above 5 km/h every km = 10 penalty points / e.g. 64 km/h = 90 PP/
- above 30km/h in villige – Immediate disqualify!!!
6. ČK Time control TC – will be almost always before SS sections and after SS.
- Will be marked A a B For example - TC 4A, TC 4A
- Early arrival to TC = 100 penalty points PP
- Late arrival to TC 1min= 10penalty points, max. 100PP
7. KP – Average control – Is secret! Is it control compiliance with
traffic rules / max. speed limit/.
Tolerance 30s.
- Late arrival without penalty.
- Premature arrival to 1min = 20 PP !!! More 1min =100PP!
8. ZSV – Constancy performance test by former rallye rules in CZ
SS 01 and SS 08 are on same track. You will have to go in SS 08 same or better time than SS 01! When you will go worse time, you will get penalty – 3PP per everysecond! Maximum is 100PP.
For example -
Your time in SS 01 – 70 seconds = 70 PP
Your time in SS 08 - 77 seconds= 77 PP+ 21PP / 3x7/ = 98PP :-)
The cars
1. The Event is for historic cars up to 1985 / up to 1987 with penalty 50PP/.
2.Classis 1. = A1- 1150ccm 5. = A2-1150ccm
2. = A1-1600ccm 6. = A2-1600ccm
3. = A1-2000ccm 7. = A2-2000ccm
4. = A1+2000ccm 8. = A2+2000ccm
3. The crews report scrutinner class of their car. Scrutineer can transffered car to right class all the time event.
Allowed adjustment for A1 You find on section VŠE O RALLYE on www.edda.cz/mscrdovrchu/
5. Every car get penalty points by year production. For example -
Lada VFTS – 1984 = 84PP
Ford Sierra Cosworth - 1986 = 86PP + 50 Penalty
VW Golf GTI I. - 1976 = 76PP

Liability and insurance
1. All crews start on their own responsibility. Organizer refuses all responsibility to participant.

1. Administrative scrutineering be held according to the schedule in canteen
Technical scrutineering
1. Will be not organized
Results, classification
1. The crews will be classified by sum of points in the class. Added up all SS,ČK,PK, KP, RK,ZSV a penalty.
2. Results list in classes and alsolute ranking will be available after 30min after finish last car on directorate.
3. The crews who retires on friday or saturday can again start next morning. They get same time like last crew on the class. The change of the car is possible.
