Dear friends.

We would like to offer all foreign participants a visit of the historic center of Prague. This trip would take place on Thursday starting around 10 A.M. Due to this trip it would be ideal for you to arrive on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning. Be so kind and advise about your participation on this trip / the centre of Prague is really beautiful!/.

Regarding your entry forms we do not need any more info as all will be solved at the administrative check. Special regulations with detailed info will be released one month before the event!

Accommodation for all foreign crews is already booked / Friday to Sunday/ ! The event’s center - Vocational school of Radotin – offers large area for parking of auxiliary and servicing vehicles. During the event it will be guarded by a security agency.

English speaking steward will be available and taking care of the foreign participants during the whole event.

Vážení přátelé,

navhruji všem zahraničním účastníkům, že den před akci bychom pro Vás udělali výlet do historického centra Prahy. Výlet by se uskutečnil ve čtvrtek, zhruba od 10 hodin. Tedy ideální příjezd je středa večer, nebo čtvrtek ráno! Informujte mne o Vaší účasti na výletu! Centrum Prahy je velmi hezké!

Ohledně Vašeho přihlášení nepotřebuji již žádné informace, vše vyřídíme na administrativní přejímce. Měsíc před akcí bude vydáno Zvláštní ustanovení, kde jsou podrobné informace o akci!

Ubytování je pro všechny zahraniční posádky zajištěno! V centru akce – Učiliště Radotín je velký prostor pro zaparkování doprovodných vozů, areál je hlídán bezpečnostní agenturou.

Po celou dobu akce se o zahraniční účastníky bude starat anglicky hovořící spolupracovník!

We ask all foreign participants to pay the start fee of EUR 100,00 fee by the latest at the end February. When making the money transfer please use your start number as the variable symbol for clear identification of your payment.
